The largest share of current work. Restorative and impression materials, endodontic and surgical consumables, orthodontic appliances and instruments: the bulk of a dental department’s annual requirement.
Tenders in this category frequently name a manufacturer rather than a country: Dentsply Sirona, 3M, Kerr, Ortho Organizers, SS White, Septodont, Coltène, Cavex, Komet, VITA, Dürr, Medicom and PD Swiss all appear as written requirements. We treat a named brand as a specification to be met, not a suggestion.

Compressor, pneumatic and electrical spares.
A dental department runs on a plant room. Regulators, filters, timers, relays, switchgear and light assemblies fail on a schedule, and they are specified by model number because an equivalent frequently is not one.
These lines sit outside dental distribution altogether and are worked through industrial MRO channels, which is why they are grouped and quoted separately rather than pushed onto a dental desk that cannot supply them.

Histopathology slides and teaching materials.
Teaching institutes tender for prepared slide sets alongside clinical supply. These are scientific and education supply items, sourced through that channel rather than a dental one, and they are specific enough that a substitution is immediately visible to the department that ordered them.
