What you need from us before you quote.

You have had an enquiry from a company you have not dealt with, and before it reaches your pricing desk somebody has to decide whether it is worth answering. These are the answers to that, without you having to ask for them.

  • WHO SIGNS

    One entity contracts, and it is named before you quote

    The Karachi entity places the purchase order and receives the goods. Pakistan is the destination on every line, and the invoice address and the delivery address are the same. Where a territory restriction means that has to change, you hear it before you quote rather than at shipping.

  • END USE

    Institutional supply, against public tender

    Goods go to hospital and teaching-institute departments supplying against tender in Pakistan. Nothing is bought for onward re-export. If your compliance team needs an end-user statement or a declaration of final destination, ask on the first reply and it will come back completed.

  • TERRITORY

    If you cannot sell into Pakistan, say so first

    Some distribution agreements appoint a local partner or restrict export outright. That is a reasonable answer and we would rather have it in the first reply than after a schedule has been priced. Samz is registered in Canada as well as Pakistan, and that registration exists precisely for lines a territory restriction would otherwise close.

  • PAYMENT

    Terms are agreed before the first purchase order

    Not after it, and not by assumption. Tell us how you expect to be paid on a first international order and what your credit process requires. Quotes are held in the currency you issued them in, whether USD, GBP, CAD or EUR. The exchange exposure is ours, not yours.

  • ONBOARDING

    What can go on your account forms today

    Incorporation and tax registration for the contracting entity, bank details, and the signatory who binds it. Registration numbers are not published on this website because they belong on your forms, and that is where you will get them. Where something is still being arranged, the Capabilities page says so by name rather than leaving you to find out during onboarding.

The requirement is real, funded and in front of us.

One email and one schedule containing only the lines your company can actually supply, never the whole tender for you to filter. Every line carries its reference, the specification as the tender wrote it, pack size and quantity.

Back from you we need four things, and we ask for them before pricing rather than after: whether you export to Pakistan directly, your minimum order and lead time, the Incoterm you prefer to quote on, and the documents you need from us to open an account.

Quotes are recorded per line with their currency and their date. A quote without a date is worthless three months later, and we will come back to you to re-confirm rather than assume an old number still stands.

Samz is young. The people running it are not.

Whether a new counterparty still exists in a year is the last thing a credit team checks, and the one most young companies answer badly. So the company and the people are kept apart below, because that is how you will assess them anyway.

    Our affiliated construction and fabrication firm holds PEC Licence 852 at category C1/E, which permits work up to a capital cost of PKR 2,500 million. A different trade from this one, and the licence number is on public record with the Pakistan Engineering Council if you want to put it through your own checks.
