What to send, and what you get back.

If you are approaching us, a product range and your export policy for Pakistan is enough to start. If we are approaching you, you will already have a schedule of your own lines with references, specifications, pack sizes and quantities as the tender wrote them.

We reply with the entity that will contract, the documents we can provide, and a straight answer on anything not yet in place. Nothing is sent from us without a named person approving it first, so you will not receive three versions of the same enquiry from three addresses.

Opening an account with us.

  • ACCOUNT

What we will complete for you

New account and credit application forms, incorporation and tax registration details for whichever entity is contracting, bank details and references. These are provided on your forms rather than published here, which is where a compliance team expects to receive them anyway.
  • ENTITY

    Which entity signs

The Karachi entity buys and imports on current business. If your territory arrangements prevent a direct sale into Pakistan, say so in your first reply. The Canadian registration exists for exactly that case and we would rather restructure the order than lose the line.
  • TERMS

    What we will ask you

Whether you export to Pakistan directly or through an appointed distributor, your minimum order quantity and lead time, the Incoterm you prefer to quote on, and the documents you need from us before an account opens. Four questions, asked before pricing rather than after.
